Bay County Board Reworks Administrative Services Director’s Duties

Bay County Administrative Services Director Craig Goulet’s duties will be reworked to focus primarily on overseeing veterans affairs and animal control.
That followed a unanimous vote by the County Board of Commissioners Tuesday .
Goulet has received widespread praise for efforts that have dramatically lowered animal euthanization rates while greatly increasing dog and cat adoptions.
