Bay County Health Dept. Issues Closure Notices for Two Beaches

Two Bay County beaches are closed due to high bacteria levels in the water. The Bay County Health Department issued the closure notices for South Linwood Beach and Brissette Beach, after water samples collected Wednesday showed the levels were above state water quality standards for full body contact recreational activities.

The closure will be lifted once the water is back in compliance.
