Celebrities React As Toby Keith Cancels All 2022 Concerts
Country superstar Toby Keith announced on Sunday that he has been battling stomach cancer since late 2021. “I’ve spent the last 6 months receiving chemo, radiation and surgery,” and adding, “I need time to breathe, recover and relax.”

While Toby states that he’ll be seeing fans “sooner than later”, all of his 2022 concert dates have been canceled.
In addition to supporting American military members through the USO and various charities, Toby has also been a big supporter of those fighting cancer and their families. In 2006, he founded the Toby Keith Foundation which supports children with cancer. In 2014, Toby helped to open the OK Kids Korral, providing housing for pediatric cancer patients and their families while receiving treatment in Oklahoma.
