Daytime Burglaries in Bay County Under Investigation

Police in Bay County are encouraging anyone who sees suspicious activity to report it.

A string of daytime burglaries have occurred in recent weeks in Frankenlust, Williams and Monitor townships. Police believe they are the work of the same suspects, who take items including TVs, fishing equipment, handguns, tools and more while the occupants aren’t home. Residents are encouraged to check their neighbor’s homes periodically when they’re away on vacation and for people to refrain posting their vacation plans or photos on social media until they return.
