Fatal Crash Under Investigation

A woman is dead after one-vehicle crash in Midland County.It happened about 2:00 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of E. Chippewa and S. Sandow Roads in Homer Township.
State Police from the Tri-City Post said the driver, identified as 71-year-old Mary Miller of Midland County, was eastbound on E. Chippewa when she crossed the center line and went off the road. Her vehicle went into a ditch and hit a tree. She was pronounced dead at the
scene.
The crash is under investigation.
