Governor’s Remarks Received Positively By Vanessa Guerra

Reaction to new Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s first State of the State Address to a joint legislative session Tuesday fell largely along party lines.

State Representative Vanessa Guerra appreciated the focus placed on issues like improving infrastructure including roads and bridges along with education. The Saginaw Democrat added more specifics about Whitmer’s plans including costs will be revealed when the Governor’s first budget is introduced in March.
