Suspect Charged In Flushing Shooting

A Garden City man has been arraigned on charges of assault with intent to murder, felony firearm, discharging a firearm from a vehicle causing injury, and reckless use of a firearm following a road rage incident in Flushing last Friday.
Police say 46-year-old Paul Peake shot a 29-year-old Flint man from his vehicle in the 100 block of Main Street around 6:00 P.M. The victim was found in an alley behind Skip’s Bar. He was taken to Hurley Medical Center in Flint where he was listed in good condition.
Authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact the Flushing Police Department.
