Toby Keith Diagnosed With Stomach Cancer

Country superstar Toby Keith announced on a social media post today that he has been battling stomach cancer since the fall of 2021. “I’ve spent the last 6 months receiving chemo, radiation and surgery. So far, so good,” he posted. “I need time to breathe, recover and relax.”

While he is canceling some concert dates, including in Michigan and Ohio this summer, Toby says, “I am looking forward to spending this time with my family. But I will see the fans sooner than later. I can’t wait.”

Toby did not mention any prognosis he has been given.
